Lot checks and foundations
Before you buy a lot or settle on a design, we check the setbacks, soil, falls, drainage and services, then tell you roughly what it would cost to build there.

Houses from 200 to 450 m², designed and priced in Contract 01, then built to a fixed price. One site lead runs the job from the first dig to handover.

Second storeys and rear extensions from 40 m², tied into the existing structure so the join doesn't show. Most families stay in the house while we build.
